Important note for 0.5 mg Wegovy® pens

WEGOVY® is supplied as a multi-use, pre-filled pen in different strengths:

0.25 mg pen → 1.5 mL
0.5 mg pen → 1.5 mL or 3.0 mL (two different versions exist)
1 mg, 1.7 mg, and 2.4 mg pens → 3.0 mL

Because two different 0.5 mg pens exist, the dose delivered per click is different between the 1.5 mL and 3 mL versions.

This calculator is designed only for the 1.5 mL version of the 0.5 mg pen. If you are using the 3 mL version, the dose calculations will be incorrect, so do not use this calculator.

Always check the pen label or carton to confirm the total volume (mL) before using this tool.
