Two meters, two numbers, and I was not sure which one to trust

I checked my glucose using two different meters from the same finger and got different results.

I expected them to be almost identical, so seeing two numbers made me wonder if one of the meters was faulty or if this kind of difference can happen normally.

For people who have compared different glucose meters, what usually causes different readings? How do you decide whether the difference is acceptable or whether something needs to be checked?
