Trying to understand which insulin pen is right for me

I've been comparing different insulin pens and I'm confused about the differences between disposable pens, reusable pens and smart pens.

At first I thought they were mostly the same, but it looks like there are differences in cost, convenience, tracking features and how often you replace parts.

For people who have used different types of insulin pens, what made you choose one over another? Was it mainly price, ease of use, remembering doses, or something else?

I'm trying to understand the practical differences before deciding what option fits better.
