The pump price was only the beginning of the cost

I've been researching insulin pumps in India and realized the initial pump price is only one part of the total expense.

There are also ongoing costs like infusion sets, reservoirs, cartridges, batteries, accessories, and sometimes CGM sensors or transmitters. I'm trying to understand what the real monthly cost looks like for someone using a pump regularly.

For people who use pumps in India, what expenses surprised you after starting? How do you plan for the recurring supplies and CGM costs?

I'm interested in the practical financial side of pump therapy beyond the first purchase.

When I first looked at pumps, I only focused on the device price. Later I realized the monthly supplies are a major part of the long-term cost.
