The food thoughts came back before my next dose

I've seen people talk about something called "food noise" when discussing weight loss medications, but I'm still trying to understand what it actually means.

Some people describe it as constantly thinking about food, cravings, or planning the next meal. Others say it becomes quieter after starting certain medications, but then returns before their next injection.

For people who have experienced this, what does food noise feel like for you? Did you notice it coming back near the end of the week? How did you handle it?

I'm curious about the difference between normal hunger and that constant mental focus on food that people describe.

Before starting my medication, food was always in the background of my thoughts. Not just being hungry, but thinking about what I would eat next, snacks, cravings and planning meals constantly.
