Semaglutide worked at first, but my weight has stalled

I started taking semaglutide with the hope of losing weight, but my progress has not been what I expected.

I know everyone's response can be different, but I am wondering how people understand whether a plateau is normal, whether habits need to change, or whether the treatment plan needs to be reviewed.

For people who have been on semaglutide for a while, what did you learn when weight loss slowed down? Did you notice changes in appetite, activity, food choices, or other factors?

I'm looking for real experiences from people who have gone through this stage.

I had a similar experience. The first few months felt very different, and then the changes became slower. I had to adjust my expectations and look at the overall progress instead of only weekly changes.
