Power cuts made me rethink how I store insulin

I live in a place where hot weather, travel, and occasional power cuts are normal, and I have been thinking more about insulin storage.

Keeping insulin at the right conditions seems straightforward at home, but it becomes more complicated during Indian summers, long trips, or when electricity is unavailable for hours.

For people who manage insulin in these situations, what storage habits have helped you? Do you use any special travel methods or backup plans during power interruptions?

I'm interested in practical experiences from people who deal with these challenges regularly.

The summer heat was the biggest challenge for me. I started paying much more attention to where I kept insulin instead of just leaving it in convenient places.
