New sensor days always make me second-guess the numbers

I've noticed that a freshly applied CGM sensor sometimes seems a little different during the first day compared with the rest of its wear time.

I've had moments where the reading didn't seem to match how I felt or what I expected, and then later the sensor seemed much more consistent.

For people who use CGMs regularly, do you notice this with new sensors too? How do you handle readings that seem unusual during those first several hours?

I'm curious whether this is something people commonly learn to expect or if it usually makes you suspect a bad sensor.
