My CGM stayed on during a scan and I had questions after

I have been trying to understand what happens when a CGM sensor can remain attached during certain scans or procedures.

My main confusion is whether the readings from the sensor can still be trusted during the scan itself and immediately afterward, or if there are situations where the data may be affected.

Has anyone gone through a scan while wearing a CGM? Did your healthcare team ask you to ignore the readings temporarily, restart anything, or just continue normally afterward?

I'm interested in hearing how people handled the practical side of this.
