My CGM sensor failed early and I didn't know what to do

I've been using a CGM and one thing I still find confusing is what to do when something goes wrong with the sensor.

Sometimes people mention sensors falling off, bleeding during insertion, skin irritation, or a sensor stopping before the expected wear time. It can be stressful when you depend on the readings and suddenly something does not seem right.

For people who have dealt with these situations, what did you do next? Did you contact the manufacturer, replace it yourself, or have any tips for preventing these issues?
