My CGM keeps showing nighttime lows that I don't feel

I recently noticed that my CGM sometimes shows low glucose readings while I am asleep, but I wake up feeling completely normal.

I'm trying to understand whether this is something other people experience with CGMs, and how they figure out whether the reading is accurate or something that needs attention.

For people who have seen nighttime lows on their CGM, what did you do next? Did you check with a finger-prick meter, look for patterns, or discuss it with your healthcare team?

I'm interested in how others approach these unexpected overnight readings.

The first few times it happened, I panicked because the CGM alert looked serious. Later I learned to look at the full pattern and not just one reading by itself.
