Moving to a pump from a smaller town feels complicated

I've been considering insulin pump therapy, but one thing I keep wondering about is whether it is practical if you don't live in a big city.

Access to trained healthcare professionals, getting supplies on time, repairs, follow-up appointments and learning how to use the device all seem like important factors.

For people using pumps outside major cities, what has your experience been like? Did you face challenges getting support or supplies? Has technology made it easier compared with a few years ago?
