Keeping my CGM stuck on through workouts has been a struggle

I enjoy staying active, but sweating during workouts and spending time in the water have made me worry about my CGM sensor coming loose.

I know sensors are designed for everyday wear, but real life is different when there is a lot of sweat, swimming, or repeated movement. I am trying to learn what other people do to keep their sensors secure without damaging their skin.

For people who exercise regularly or swim while wearing a CGM, what has helped you keep the sensor attached? Are there preparation steps or products that made a noticeable difference?

The biggest improvement for me was focusing on clean, dry skin before applying the sensor. I used to put it on after showering and did not realize how much that affected how well it stayed attached.
