I stopped my treatment for a few weeks and got worried

Life happens, and sometimes people miss doses or stop a treatment for a period of time because of travel, illness, cost, side effects, or simply forgetting.

I'm trying to understand what people usually do when they miss a dose or have been away from their treatment routine for several weeks.

For people who have experienced this, how did you restart your routine? Did you contact your healthcare team first, or was there anything you learned from the experience?

I'm interested in hearing how others handled the situation and what helped them get back on track.

I missed part of my routine during a stressful period and it made me realize how easy it is for a small interruption to become a longer gap. Getting back into a routine was the hardest part.

This happened to me too. The longer the break became, the harder it felt to restart.
