I only wanted to lose a few kilos and started researching semaglutide

I've been seeing a lot of discussion about semaglutide for weight loss, including people who are not significantly overweight.

I'm curious how people think about using it when someone has a normal BMI but wants to lose a few kilograms or change their body composition.

For people who have researched this topic, what factors did you consider? Did you focus more on lifestyle changes, health goals, medical advice, or the risks and benefits of using a prescription medicine for a smaller weight goal?

I'm interested in hearing different perspectives from people who have looked into this.

I started looking into semaglutide because I wanted to lose a small amount of weight, but I realized the conversation is more complicated than just the number on the scale.

This is what I found too. A small weight goal can still involve a lot of different factors.
