I had to change my morning routine after starting oral semaglutide

I recently started learning about oral semaglutide and did not realize the timing rules were so specific.

I understand that food, water, and other medicines can affect how it is taken, but I am not sure how people fit it into a normal morning routine.

For people using oral semaglutide, what routine worked for you? How do you manage the timing between the tablet, water, breakfast, and other medicines?
